1. National Coordinator Workshop (Annual)
The National Coordinator Seminar is organized every year in February or March at Shantikunj, Haridwar with the participation of all the supporting units. In this seminar, the examination events of the previous year are reviewed and the dates and formats of the examination events for the coming year are decided.
2. State/District Coordinator Seminar
For organizing the Indian Culture Knowledge Examination, state and district level seminars are organized for approval and examination planning by making public contact with schools and administrative officials.
3. Proficiency Student Personality Refinement Camp
A camp is organized in Shantikunj, Haridwar during summer vacation for the students who appear in the merit list of all the states participating in the Indian Culture Knowledge Examination along with one of their parents. The objective of this camp is to make the students messengers of Indian culture.
4. Teacher Dignity Camp
For the teachers who play the role of coordinator in the examination, a teacher dignity camp is also organized during the school vacation (summer) for the teachers. This camp is organised state-wise or for teachers from two or three states together. The objective of this camp is that teachers understand their moral, cultural and spiritual responsibilities and encourage and guide students to become culturally conscious. Along with education, ensure inclusion of knowledge/culture in the students of your schools. Also, create a culture-oriented environment in schools.
