Lakhs of people cooperate in organizing the Indian Culture Knowledge Examination. These include-
1. Ministry of Education
This examination is organized every year throughout the country with the special cooperation and approval of the Ministry of Education, Government of India (the concerned state governments).
2. Administrative Officers
The administrative officers/employees of the education department have a special contribution in this examination. These officers send letters of approval to each school for organizing the examination.
3. School Administration
This examination is organized very easily every year with the special cooperation and approval of the operators of government and private schools. The school administration provides the basis for incorporating our cultural heritage into the lives of students.
4. Teachers
Teachers have a special role in organizing this examination. Every year, lakhs of teachers put in their hard work and cooperation in conducting this examination. The most revered Gurudev has said - Teachers are the creators of the era, students are the creators of the nation's share. Teachers are the personality builders of students. Teachers have a special role in making students aware of Indian culture and motivating them to adopt it in their lives.
5. Volunteer/Coordinator Worker
This exam is organized every year with the help and hard work of volunteer coordinators/workers of Gayatri Parivar. After the exam date is fixed (from March), they contact schools, workers and social workers and take the responsibility of ensuring maximum participation of students in the exam. They play the role of a messenger and representative in completing various tasks like public relations, student registration, organizing the exam, exam results, certificate and prize distribution in schools.
6. Parents Parents
Who want to include knowledge/culture in the lives of their children along with school education, encourage their children to participate in the Indian Culture Knowledge Exam. Such parents have a special role in this exam.
7. Students
Students are in the role of the leaders and creators of the future nation. The most revered Gurudev has called the students the nation's constitution. As is the student, so will be the citizen, as is the citizen, so is the nation. A cultural student/citizen can give the nation the right direction, can bring it in the right direction. Cultural students are the most important link in this exam. Today more than 42 lakh students participate in this exam and also inspire other students.
