1. School Coordinator (Teacher)
Volunteer workers/coordinators of Gayatri Parivar contact the schools. The Principal/Principal is made aware of the objective and importance of the examination and is motivated and convinced to conduct the examination in that school. After consent/acceptance, a one-hour class should be organized among the students, in which they should be made aware and convinced about the introduction of Bhasanjnaap and its benefits.
2. Block Coordinator
The block coordinators of Bhasanjnaap coordinate between the coordinators of the schools under their block. They also take the responsibility of providing examination materials and organizing examinations in schools.
3. Tehsil Coordinator
The Tehsil level coordinators provide the list of registered students participating in the examination, the number of students and the examination support amount to the District Coordinator and inform him about the arrangements for conducting the examination for that many participants.
4. District Coordinators
The workload of the district unit (coordination committee) of Bharatiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha is more than that of other committees. These committees provide study materials to the block level committees for organizing examinations in the schools under their districts. They also organize programs like evaluation of examinations, collection of examination support amount, examination results, merit list, prize distribution ceremony.
5. State Coordinators
These committees play the role of coordinator between the central office of Bharatiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha, Shantikunj Haridwar and the districts of their state. They implement the guidelines related to organizing examinations in their districts. They play the role of guide for the district committees. This committee also has a special contribution in the formation of district committees.
