The determination of examination centres depends on the number of participating students and how many students are participating from which school. If a school has more than 20 students, then that school is declared as the examination centre. If a school has less than 20 students, then the participants of that school are included in the nearest examination centre.
Note: Special exemption is given for North-Eastern states, South India, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab etc.
To simplify the examination organisation and evaluation process, schools of each district are given different “School/Vidyalaya Codes”. For this, the District Coordinator has to upload the list of all the schools of his district on the website of BSGP www.bsgp.awgp.org
During the examination, the participating students have to fill these ‘codes’ in the column of School/Vidyalaya Code in the OMR sheet (Answer Sheet). This information is given to the students by the district coordinators and the school coordinators by the students or this code is marked on the blackboard of the examination hall. It has to be kept in mind that the code of the school which is on the website should be filled in the OMR sheet and not that of another school, otherwise the result of the examination is sure to be erroneous.
